  Oh man the cheesesteaks are so good here. I'm sad there isn't a Jersey Mike's near my house. Beats Subway, JJs, Quiznos and any other sandwich shop any day of the week. Fast and friendly people behind the counter.

  Customer service is the LAST priority at this location. And it shows! I just got home and I noticed my sandwhich was chicken instead of steak, and that's exactly what I ordered. I said I wanted the Philly steak with chipotle mayo. They misunderstood (Clearly) because I don't order chicken...ever. So when I call to tell them about the mistake, the employee Mathew Snyder was EXTREMELY disrespectful and tried putting the blame on me instead of taking responsibility like a good restaurant would for a mistake. You do NOT blame the customer, he proceeded to tell me that I was rude when I was there. Which I was as POLITE as a person could be after attending an Awake down the road. FYI I have it all on recording, luckily my phone records every call, and this Mathew was RIDICULOUSLY RUDE! So glad I can speak with the manager tomorrow to let them know, and if they have the same crap attitude as their employees, I WILL take it further.
